What can I use my voucher on?
Your voucher is valid for the items specified on the code, excluding shipping. If you aren’t sure, feel free to get in touch with the #ArtSouls
Can I upgrade my product if I have a voucher code?
Absolutely! If you wish to upgrade your product, simply add the options to the product and just pay the extra on top.
What is the current delivery time?
Typically, most orders are dispatched within 48 hrs (working days). From there, it depends on which shipping method you select at checkout as to when you will receive your art.
At peak times, it can sometimes take 5 working days for us to dispatch your item – each and every piece of art is handmade from scratch in our art cave based in Leicester, UK. While we do our best to dispatch within 24 working hours – sometimes it may take a little longer. We do dispatch as quickly as possible – you can’t rush perfection!

Please note, our Christmas last order dates for guaranteed delivery are as follows:
Overseas: Monday 3rd December
Europe: Monday 10th December
Mainland UK: Monday 17th December
Anything ordered later than the cut off date will still be shipped and may make it to the destination before Christmas, however we are unable to guarantee it.
Please note, our Christmas office closures are as follows:
Monday 24th December – Wednesday 2nd January.

Can I use my Voucher Code with other deals?
Unfortunately, it is limited to one voucher per order.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping for the UK is £5.95 and anywhere else is £7.95.
Can I buy more than one voucher?
Our website will only let you redeem one voucher per order, so you must put multiple orders through separately.
Can I redeem my voucher over the phone or collect in person?
My order arrived damaged – what should I do?
It’s not nice but it does happen, we use great couriers so it’s rare that things get damaged but if they do we’re here to help.
If your order has arrived damaged simply drop us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:

A photo of the damaged print:
Once we have received this, we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
