What is the current delivery time?

Estimated turnaround of art is 7 to 14 working days,  at peak times it could be up to 20 working days. All art is made from scratch in our studio in Leicester so please be patient!  Also let us know in advance of any impending deadlines & we will always try to hit them.  In general, please order early to avoid disappointment.

    My Voucher code does not work

    All Vouchers go live up to 48 hours after the promotion completes.

    How do I use my Voucher?

    • Once you have bought your voucher, you will need to wait up to 48 hours for the voucher to go live.
    • Your voucher is valid site-wide so if you want to upgrade the product, you can add your selection to the basket & just pay the extra.
    • Enter the long you were emailed from at he checkout. It may be listed as “coupon code, voucher code or coupon link” and is generally 10 or more characters long.
    • The amount of your voucher will then be deducted from your total order. shipping is added after code deduction – £5.95 UK Mainland, £6.95 Ireland & Europe.

    Can I use my Voucher Code with other deals?

    Sorry, it is strictly one voucher per order.

    Can I buy more than one Voucher?

    Our website will only let you redeem one voucher per order, so you must put multiple orders through separately.

    Can I redeem my Groupon Voucher over the phone or collect in person?

    All Vouchers have to be redeemed electronically though the website so they are all accounted for. Collection in person is not possible for voucher orders. If you looking for a bespoke size that is not on the site, we should be able to accommodate you – please contact us & we should be able to help you.
